One of top advertising agencies on the market is now looking to recruit a talented Account Manager to join the business.We will be excited to meet the right candidate who will: - be given the responsibility to manage our existing accounts (major international Clients and leading brands in their markets/segments, FMCG mainly) and identify opportunities to increase level of business- take ownership for everything from briefs to concept to artwork/design to print to fulfillment- develop and implement marketing strategies- grow constantly on both professional and personal levels together with the businessThis is what we are looking for:- Personality: a team player with integrity, commitment (“can do, will do”) and passion; with the mind of a consultant (“here is the solution”) and a set of skills of a good project manager (objectives/resources vs deadlines)- Experience: marketing/advertising (or an impressive pack of transferable skills in a related field) and a track record of measurable achievements- Creative: ability to judge creative work vs the brief, a deep understanding of consumer attitudes, motivations and behavior, as well as a comprehensive understanding of wider social trends so that [one] can generate new insights and ideas- People: ability to train and develop people who report to [the candidate], to manage upwards as well as downwards, to absorb anxieties and resolve conflict - Сommunication: client presentations brought to the art of shows, active listening to read sensitive situation accurately, ability to generate buy-in to brave strategic thinking, excellent business writing (English, Romanian, Russian)- Financial: budgeting and invoicing- Computer: MS Office the usuals and PowerPointRemuneration package is very market-competitive yet will depend largely on the candidate and his/her potential to manage/grow the business.
