.NET - fignea mare

Visual studio .Net cannot create or open the application. The likeliestproblem is that required components are not installed on the local webserver. Run visual studio .net setup and add web development components.shtie cineva kare-i treaba aici, ka nu pot crea nici o aplikatie noua ?!am incerkat aspnet_regiis.exe -i, dar nu ajuta....nu pot crea aplikatii web si web-service-uri.
