А вот что говорят буржуи:)

A dispute between Moldova and its breakaway Dnestr region has escalated with the blockading of a key rail line. Authorities in Dnestr have blocked all passenger and cargo traffic to Russia and Ukraine in the east, and Romania and Bulgaria in the west. The action is in response to economic sanctions imposed by Moldova as punishment for Dnestr's decision to close schools teaching Romanian in Latin script. Romanian is Moldova's main language.Dnestr broke away from Moldova in 1990 and the two sides fought a short war in 1992. The separatist region is dominated by Russian speakers but around 40 per cent have Romanian as their first language. Russian troops who intervened in the war have helped to maintain an uneasy peace since then. The leadership of the self-proclaimed republic has said Romanian is only an official language when written in the Cyrillic script, as in Soviet times. The crisis is threatening serious economic problems for both sides. Russian and the EU have called for immediate dialogue but neither side shows any sign of climbing down.
