Something Very strange is happening today @ VOXTEL:1. Trying to dial now @ 9:56pm a no - Net Fail or Net Busy2. The same thing happens to oter people in other parts of the city3. Registered @ World Cup Bets (456) - receiving no invitations 2 bet.4. Even unregistering does not work (654) - the IVR reports: System Error5. The web site is allmost nil.
