The Common Problems Causes and Solutions:

1. grinder strong shock:

Cause: The hammer is installed correctly aligned; worn hammer without timely replacement or replacement part hammer, resulting in two groups corresponding to the hammer weight difference is too large; individual hammer stuck, did not throw off; rotor imbalance in other parts of the weight; shaft bending curved; bearing severe wear or damage; bolt loose; hammer line speed is too large.

3. bearing overheating:

Reason: Bearing damage; little oil; belt too tight; feeding excessive rotation of the rotor resistance increases, long-term overload of work.

Solution: Replace the bearings; filling oil; adjust the belt tension ( tightness in the middle of the hand press hard drive belts, high arc formed 18-25 mm is appropriate ), by changing the relative position of the motor and mill to adjust the tightness of the belt; reduce the amount of feed.

4. finished too rough:

Reason: sieve badly worn or damaged; mesh sieve care and engagement is not close.

Solution: If the damaged area is small sieve, then fill with riveting or soldering method of repair; If a larger area is damaged, it should be replaced sieve.
