PHP/MySQL Programmer Needed

Moldova Governance Threshold Country ProgramSeeks to fill the following positions:PHP/MySQL Programmer * University Degree in Computer Science or related field * Knowledge of PHP5.0/MySQL * Knowledge of RUBY on RAILS would be an asset * Solid understanding of OOP concept * Practical level experience with web base applications * Practical level experience with AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML * At least 3 years experience in developing of websites * Advanced oral and written Russian and Romanian; good knowledge of English.
