JOB TITLE: Systems Support AnalystEMPLOYER: FMCG Company DUTY STATION: ChisinauFMCG company announces an opening for Systems Support Analyst (1 vacancy).Accountabilities:- conduct accurate input and consolidation of internal sales data on market situation, sales activities and achieved results;- assist management in designing reporting templates;- continuously assist management in analysis of processed data to provide field force and office employees with information on customers' performance and other important market trends;- in line with IS and Sales Information department's plans, implement defined configuration updates in order to address changing business requirements and assist local management in maintaining all databases at the highest operational level;- participate and assist in implementation and roll out of various projects; - provide hardware support and user training on relevant Sales Information systems and IS software applications;- maintain full inventory and ensure tracking of existing IS hardware. Requirements: - Completed higher education is a must; - Knowledge of hardware and MS basic software is a must; - Proficient skills of all MS Office applications is a must; - Experience in relevant area is preferable; - Intermediate level of English is preferable; - Experience in multinational or credible local company is preferable.Competencies required: Well-organized person with excellent communication and analytical skills; Short listed candidates will be invited to the interview and testing.
