CSS external stylesheet

Am creat un CSS extern (style.css) in fisierul unde se afla si index.html.Nu vrea sa lucreze. Cine stie care este problema. Iaca interiorul lui style.cssbody{background-color:yellow}h1{font-size:36pt}h2{color:blue}p{margin-left:50px}
