Expensive drugs and heart operation for Daniela

I am asking for help for a little 8-year old girl with Down Syndrome, who needs expensive drug treatment and a heart operation. Her name is Daniela and as many children with Down Syndrome she suffers from a serious heart malfunction that requires continuous treatment and surgical interventions. The treatment and surgeries are not covered by insurance and is not available in Moldova. The family has to travel abroad for the surgeries and pay full out of pocket.
With the God's help the family managed to make the first operation in Russia, at least one more is to follow. After the first operation in 2012 Daniela was prescribed medical treatment, drugs called "Traclir" or "Bozentan" in other countries, meant to prepare her for the forth-coming operations. The drug is very expensive, circa 6,000 USD for 125 mg, 56 pills. A pill is enough for 2 days.
As you can imagine circa 1600 USD monthly treatment in a country with 200 USD average salary is a nightmare. Especially, if the treatment drags on for 3 years. During this time the family sold everything they could, took credits, asked for help from the government and various funds. It helped for a while and then financial troubles stuck them again. Everyone, who could work in the family - the grandmother, the grandfather and the farther of the family, left abroad for work. They get a slightly better pay there! The mother, stays at home, because she needs to take care of Daniela, who needs a special attention and care because of Down Syndrome. She receives an allowance for Daniela, which is 950 MDL, circa 80 USD per month.
The next heart operation, for which the drug has to prepare Daniela, is tentatively scheduled for August 2015 provided that Daniela's health state improves. According to the doctor's estimation it will cost circa 10.000 USD. Depending on its outcome one more operation might be scheduled later on.
At this stage the family is desperate. The drugs they have will only cover February 2015. They need circa 10.000 USD to provide Daniela with treatment up to August 2015 and then another 10.000 USD for the heart operation itself.
